This question has been asked many many times by my loyal customers lately... in fact i spent half the day today just replying to emails from customers wanting to know when their order will arrive... I don't blame my customers either... Its human nature to want things yesterday and in the fast paced world we live in today instant gratification is no longer a luxury afforded by the rich & famous it is simply expected by everyone. Don't get me wrong, I am no different! When i hand over my hard earn coin I expect results fast! and if i don't get it my way I demand answers... and don't try any bullshit excuses as they just won't cut it!
So let me explain... The last month has been a roller coaster at enertion boards... In september sales revenue grew over 500% and I only had enough stock to fulfil about 15% of those orders... So the last few weeks has been a crazy effort to re-stock whilst most of my supply chain went on a one week annual holiday, enertion felt like it came to a grinding halt! To top it all off I had to move house and pack up my workshop which has been very disruptive. However now things are starting to settle down and I feel like I am getting back to normal. New stock is slowly coming in which is great.
So for now all new orders have about a 20-30 days lead time until I can catch up and get back on top of the work load.
I would like to thank my amazing customers who have placed an order last month & are patiently waiting, honestly I can't thank you all enough for being so understanding! You have all been great considering such a long wait for your parts.
